Scheduled a teeth cleaning covered by my insurance. Dentist took unessessary X Rays with no mention of an additional charge or that it may not be covered by my insurance. Get a Bill for a couple hundred dollars. I've never had to pay for cleanings or X Rays. Insurance won't pay because they weren't needed (X rays previously taken within 5 years). Not to mention they messed the spelling of my name three separate times and were unable to answer any questions about the bill so I had to go through my insurance.
Haven't been to the dentist in a LOOOONG time but Im glad I decided to try out Premier Dental Care. They explained what they recommended to do and why and what my other options were. The bill seemed very straightforward as they went through it with me, item by item, before and 'work' began.
Staff is incompetent.
After two attempts looking for a dentist in CC this place is the best one so far! My hygienist (Erin, R.D.H) was the best I've ever had. So nice and friendly and knows what she's doing! The dentist (Aron Turner) was also very professional and nice! I'm actually excited to go to the dentist now!
Extremely nice staff and top notch professionalism. Have seen Dr. Sobol and Dr. Turner and both are wonderful!
I can honestly say I was very comfortable throughout my root canal (30mm roots btw!) They asked me several times if I was doing 'ok' throughout the procedure. They insisted I let them know if anything was hurting or unconfortable so that they could address it.
Every time I go to Premier, everyone is so friendly and kind. Their practice is very clean and hygienic, and the dentists really listen to their patients. They are very gentle and show concern for their patients comfort. I'm never waiting long in the waiting room, even if it's a last minute appointment. I will definitely recommend anyone in need of a dentist, to visit Premier.
I am very happy with the work and the staff seem awesome just from my first visit with them. I still hate getting anything done to my teeth but I truly feel comfortable going back to Premier.
