Water Supply Line Replacement - Our old rancher built in the 1960's had a copper water supply line with pinhole leak that eventually progressed to a large water leak. Not knowing what to expect we were referred to New Dimensions from our local general contractor. After speaking with the owner on a Thursday evening, the following morning we were presented with 2 estimates (one for repair and the other for replacement.) The quote was very reasonable so we decided to proceed with replacement of our entire water supply line. All of the necessary permits were pulled on Friday and by Monday the job was completed. Tom arrived bright and early, was professional, and highly skilled. Everything was completed by early afternoon and our water service is working better than ever with the upsized 1" water supply line. New Dimensions is definitely the company to use if you want an honest and professional job!
This vendor is very good with communication, their front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. Their technicians arrive promptly and work quickly to get the job done. So far great outcome to all repairs that have been made (which includes main line repairs, plumbing repairs in bathrooms and kitchen). Will continue to use going forward.
Had an appointment this past Tuesday from 2-5pm at my rental property an hour away from where I currently live. My husband took off work and went up to the rental for the appointment, and no one showed up. We called and got the machine so left a message. A woman called my husband back and said she didn't know what was going on, but would call the owner, and someone would get back to him that night. No one ever called back. I called again yesterday to see what happened and to give them a chance for my business back and to explain themselves, and no one answered so I left a message. No one has called us back. Completely unprofessional and in all my life I've never been stood up by a service provider. Terrible. Do NOT use these people.
